Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Storia mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Storia (Storia — registered business address to be finalized before launch). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you must use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• •Provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• •Notify us immediately at support@storiafm.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Storia grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment of audio drama content.

• •The Service may offer virtual currency (“Coins”) and subscription plans that unlock premium episodes and features. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
• •Coins have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except where required by law or Google Play’s refund policy.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel renewal in your Google Play account settings before the renewal date.
• •Prices, packages, and reward grants may change. Any changes will take effect prospectively and will not retroactively affect already-purchased Coins or active subscription periods.
• •Storia reserves the right to suspend or revoke Coins or premium access obtained through fraud, abuse, refund chargeback after consumption, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to bypass any protection measures on the Service or its content.
• •Re-distribute, rebroadcast, or publish any audio content from the Service without our written permission.
• •Submit content (e.g., comments) that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit toward minors, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• •Interfere with the operation of the Service or the experience of other users.

All audio dramas, scripts, cover art, trademarks, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by Storia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

If you submit comments, ratings, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Storia a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and adapt that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storia is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence still apply.
